Like a movie theatre, a website has a precise address (a web address) to which you must travel by automobile or other means (your web browser). For example, a website might be industry-specific, product-specific, or services-specific; these websites are designed to enlighten visitors about their industry, products, or services. For a user to access the website, it must first be hosted on a server.

It is divided into two sections: the front and back end. The front end is in charge of how the content is shown, while the back end is in charge of processing the content. Front-end languages include HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Backend languages include PHP, Python, and SQL. A domain (which points to a unique IP address where the website is hosted) such as Example Domain, makes a website visible to users. It's compatible with almost all types of devices and browsers (for ex: Google Chrome)

The web pages are similar to chapters in a book, in this case, a website.

2. Creating a web page takes less time than creating a complete website.

3. When a user clicks on a link provided by the search engine, they are sent to the corresponding pages of the website.

4. It can be created entirely with HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), CSS, or JavaScript for a dynamic and appealing appearance.

5. On online pages, we can find all kinds of content, including films and audio.

  1. Each website has its domain address, and that domain connects all web pages; this means that web pages are domain-dependent. On the other hand, the website does not rely on any of its pages. Even if the specific web pages vanish, it keeps functioning.
  2. A web page's URL usually contains extensions, such as .aspx,.php,.htm,.html, etc. There is no such extension in the website address.
  3. A website is a place where users can display content and hyperlinks, whereas a webpage is content itself that will be displayed.
  4. Designing a website's structure and programming is difficult, but once the foundation is in place and we have the separate web pages ready, developing a website and connecting those web pages is simple.
  5. Website design, creation, and maintenance are time-consuming activities; however, building a webpage takes far less time because it is merely a component of a larger website.
