Terms of using Services
- With reference to the MTC, by using MonoVM products and services, you’re deemed to accept our Terms & Conditions. So any claims or complaints from the Client’s side regarding suspension or termination of the services will not be accepted.
- Any MonoVM account (Client’s submitted email address) will be regarded as a unique account for just one Client.
- Duplicate accounts (One client with different MonoVM accounts) will be checked by MonoVM , in case of any suspicious activities they (Duplicate Accounts) will be deleted. Any requests regarding service movements between duplicate MonoVM accounts should be followed by submitting Tickets.
- In accordance with OFAC Regulations Policy (Office of Foreign AssetsControl), MonoVM cannot make business or cooperate with sanctioned countries: Cuba (CU), Iran (IR), North Korea (KP), Syria (SY), Crimea, Sudan (SD), Ukraine or who are Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs). Under this regulation, providing/registering any domain TLDs or Webmail services (Free emails, Business emails, and Enterprise emails) for the aforementioned countries is banned.
- Any types of Email Marketing , Spamming , UBE (Un-Solicited Bulk Email.) and Email Extractor services are not provided by MonoVM. These actions put our business and our clients in risky conditions.
- For using PTR (Reverse DNS) , firstly domain should be checked by Abuse Audit Team , then the availability thereon will be informed through the ticket.
Monovm.com Site provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of Monovm.com Site are subject to the following terms of service:
Indemnification PolicyYou agree to use all Monovm.com Site services and facilities at your own risk. Monovm.com Site specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Monovm.com Site be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold WHMCS Themes Demo Site harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Monovm.com Site, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Monovm.com Site against liabilities arising out of Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Monovm.com Site's server.
Monovm.com Site reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from Monovm.com Site's server. Monovm.com Site shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.
Acceptable Use Policy:All services provided by Monovm.com Site may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, the material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Monovm.com Site and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. Pornography is prohibited on all Monovm.com Site servers. This includes sites that include sexually explicit or hardcore images and/or advertising. Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company. Subscriber further acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not, in any event, exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury. Illegality In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material. Undesirable Content Certain types of content are not allowed on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or you have a right to distribute the materials. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances.
Limitation of liability:Monovm.com Site shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Monovm.com Site servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Monovm.com Site shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Monovm.com Site servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.
Disclaimer:Monovm.com Site cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by WHMCS Themes Demo Site are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Monovm.com Site are not directly owned or written by Monovm.com Site. Moreover, Monovm.com Site holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advance notice for any reason without restitution as Monovm.com Site sees fit. Furthermore, Monovm.com Site retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.
Refund Policies :
- Any Refund requests from Client side will be verified by Billing Department. Clients should send ticket and attach all the Payment details (Transaction ID , Invoice Number and so on). The refund process will take 5-10 business days. Services Refund Policies has been explained elaborately in each category of the MonoVM Services Terms and Conditions.
- In accordance with MonoVM refund policies, users are not permitted to charge/add credit to the MonoVM credit balance for purpose of withdrawing money from it. (The credit cannot be increased to $50 in order to withdraw money from the MonoVM Credit Balance.)
- According to the MTC , Refunds for those services which have Abuse Reports are not accepted.
- Refund requests will be checked based on KYC verification process at first step. So without sending KYC documents through the ticket, your request will be rejected accordingly.
- Refund requests for any types of Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin , CPS and so on) , tokens or digital assets will be rejected and considered null and void.
- According to the MonoVM Terms and conditions, the existing credit in the MonoVM wallet for each client will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Shared Web Hosting (Reseller, Linux or Windows based)From the Registration date ( The date of purchasing the service) the shared web host service will be delivered swiftly. All the login details of the service will be sent to the Subscriber’s email address( Client or third party). The email address would be the same as the Client Area’s email address. According to the MTC, any infringement, phishing, pharming, Violation, Mining and other illegal using of the Shard Web Hosting service must result in suspension of the service without any procrastination and postponing. All of the Suspension reasons are sent through the email BUT Monovm has the right to suspend service without any notification sent to the Client’s email address. From the Registration date of the service till Due date ( Expiry date of the service ) the status of the service would be active ( Regardless of any issues result in suspension of the service), but on the due date, the service will be suspended automatically according to the Automation System. Regarding our Web host policies, the data of the server will be preserved untouched within 30 days passed from Due date. After the deadline (passing 30 days later) of service renewal time, the service will be terminated by MonoVM and any request regarding reactivation of the service will be considered null and void. Any queries associated with Extra IPs should be pursued through the Tickets. MonoVM Support Experts will advise Clients more accurately about providing Extra IPs. For Web Hosting services PHP Mail Function is not permitted. Some of the clients use PHP mail function in order to send bulk messages and use it for spamming purposes.
BackupsAdditionally mentioned, Web Host backups are automated based on Daily, Weekly and Monthly time frame. The most recent backups (backups up to last 45 days) will be considered as retrievable backups (Those backups that can be recovered by MonoVM’s technicians). Any queries received through the Client’s Ticket other than mentioned Terms of Backups would be not effective. Any requests for recovering backups are subject to the submitting tickets.
RenewalClients will be notified for Web Host renewal term (Expiry Date) through the emails. Emails will be sent 10 days prior to the Due date of the service and in intervals, the process is repeated. The last email is considered to be sent by MonoVM Sales Experts creating connection and making advice for clients related to the renewal of the service. The content of the emails would be the enclosed renewal invoice with different types of payment gateways for the ease of the payment. (Payment gateways: PayPal, Perfectmoney, Paysera, Bitcoin, Webmoney, Paymentwall,…). Successful payments will result in automatic renewal of the service and any problems of the payments can be pursued through the Tickets. By subscription feature of some credit accounts ( such as PayPal accounts), clients can be granted for Automatic Renewal of the service.
RefundWeb Hosting Plans regarding Reseller , Linux or Windows based are refundable under specific conditions :
Within 24-48 hours of delivery time , any problems of the service which is relevant to MonoVM , must be apprised by Client. Tickets will be checked by Experts , in the absence of a solution from MonoVM , the related invoice of the service will be refunded. Request for refunds apart from that period of time (24-48 hours of delivery time) will not be acceptable.
Upgrade / downgrade packagesWeb Host services can be upgraded or downgraded among the plans for changing the resource packages of the service according to the Clients needs. For having more hosting storage and resources, clients can upgrade the service into higher plans just by paying difference package price. After successful payment, the service will be automatically upgraded into the preferred plan. If the changes are not applied, you can follow the issue by submitting Ticket. With reference to the MTC, there would be nothing regarded as Refund. For downgrading packages, charges are not applied.
Linux, Windows VPS, and RDP ServicesMonoVM Virtual Private Servers delivery time would be within 30-45 min from the Registration date of the service. The login details of the VPS will be enclosed to the Client’s email address after the server installation process accomplished. Any requests for Extra IPs should be followed through the Tickets. Any breach of MTC will result in suspension of the VPS. The suspension reason will be sent through the email address. For further information please refer to the Abuse Report Terms and Conditions section of MTC. The Control Panels Licenses upon the Linux VPS are based on Monthly renewal programs. The price list of the control panels has been embedded in the Order page of the service. Server’s Location list and compatible Operating Systems are available to choose from the Order page. With following MTC, the deadline for renewal of the VPS/RDP services is just considered to be 5 days from Due date. After 5 days passed from Due date, the service would be terminated totally and data of the Server will be non-retrievable.
BackupsBackup data of the VPS services rely on Clients with their own liability. MonoVM shall not accept any liability regarding clients backup data in VPS services. Regardless of Web Hosting services Automatic Backup plans, the VPS services Backup should be done manually by Client.
RenewalThe renewal process for VPS services is done automatically. The related renewal invoice is sent to the Client’s email address 10 days prior to the Due date. On the due date, the service will be suspended because of overdue on payment and the notification emails will be sent to the Client’s email address. Up to 5 days the service is kept untouched and after this time, automatically termination of the service will be done.
RefundRefund requests for VPS services will be reviewed by Technical Experts. Regarding Service technical issues, in the absence of the solution from MonoVM , refund requests of the Clients within 24-48 hours of the service delivery time will be acceptable.
Upgrade / downgrade packagesVPS packages (Windows, Linux or Hosting VPS) are capable of being upgraded or downgraded among service plans. The time of upgrading and downgrading will be calculated from the remaining days of the service to the Due date. On the due date or after that date the Upgrade/downgrade feature will not work until settling of the Renewal Invoice becomes effective. The invoice of Difference package price will be generated by the system when the client is choosing the available service plans. The Upgrade/downgrade process is being done manually by MonoVM Technical Experts. According to MTC, the refunds for downgraded VPS packages are not issued.
Bandwidth Limit Terms:
Fair usage of Bandwidth for VPS services:MonoVM is providing Bandwidth for all of the VPS services with a defined Limit per plan. In accordance with MonoVM Terms and Conditions, in case of any Overaged BW usage, service will be suspended permanently unless BW charge fee is paid by end users. The minimum term length for BW rate will be monthly which means each month the BW limit will be refreshed accordingly. Overusage of RDP Account services:MonoVM provides non-admin access RDP Accounts which doesn’t grant any administrative accessibility for end users to install software inside the service therefore, all terms and conditions pertaining to this service should be complied by all users.
Running any Tools or extensions on Browser which impacts service infrustrcuture efficiency will result in suspension of service without any acceptance for re-activation process. Since overusage of RDP Account services violates all MTC, installing any Applications other than default services/Applications inside the RDP Account is prohibited and in case of violations, we will stop the RDP Account without any procrastination. Any cancellation or refund requests for such Abuse cases will be repudiated unconditionally.
Dedicated ServerThe allocated delivery time frame for Dedicated Servers will be about 5-10 business days after the Registration Date. Due to the Dedicated Servers time-consuming installation process, sometimes it will be encountered with delays in delivering service for the Client. Regarding this issue, Clients will be apprised through the Tickets. All the login details of the Server shall be sent to the Client’s email address. Extended options of the server regarding, Control Panels, Extra IPs, Operating Systems has been categorized with more details from Order Pages.

For acquiring more information, Clients should submit a ticket. Any breaching and infringement issues will be in accordance with MAT (MonoVM Abuse Terms), detailed in Abuse Terms & Conditions Category.
Renewal :Renewal Invoices will be sent 10 days prior to the Due date and will be repeated in systemic intervals. Any procrastination from Client regarding overdue on the payment will result in the suspension of the server. According to MTC, the specified deadline for renewal of Dedicated Servers is 48 hours before due date of service, after this window, the server will be terminated permanently and any requests for data-recovery shall be rejected.
Refund Policies :As aforementioned, Dedicated Servers EDT (Estimated Delivery Time), depends on the related Datacenters. Any incurred delays from MonoVM regarding Server delivery time will be informed by email notifications (MonoVM will inform you through the ticket). In the case of delays regarding Server delivery time (Delivery time exceeds 5-10 business days of registration date), any refund requests from Client side will be repudiated (MonoVM doesn’t accept refunds for any types of Dedicated Servers). Refunds are just applicable in case of technical issues which cannot be addressed from our side (MonoVM).
Backups :There are not any options appertaining to Automatic Backup Programs for Dedicated Servers. With reference to MTC, MonoVM shall not accept any liability for Dedicated Server Backups, Data loss and other issues due to the Dedicated Servers Manually Backup Programs by Clients.
Fair usage of Bandwidth for Dedicated Servers:The standard fair usage of BW for all of the Dedicated Servers depends on the Location. The Bandwidth Limit for each Dedicated Server plan has already been specified based on configuration and location. The minimum term length for BW rate will be monthly which means each month the BW limit will be refreshed accordingly. In accordance with MonoVM Terms and Conditions, in case of any Overaged BW usage, service will be suspended permanently unless BW charge fee is paid by end users. For additional BW or unlimited BW request you need to contact Sales Department through the ticketing system/Live chat.
Upgrade / Downgrade Packages :Due to the Dedicated resources of the server, the Upgrade/downgrade options are not possible to be achieved. During the using of the Server, the queries for changing the Servers Resources will be rejected from MonoVM.
SSL :MonoVM, as a representative of SSL services, offers the products of well-known CAs DigiCert and Sectigo, and the rules of configuration and reissue in such services are in accordance with the rules of the companies mentioned before.
Configuration of these services must be done up to 30 days (deadline : 30 days) after service activation. If the services are not configured within the specified window time, they will be canceled by the CA and any refund requests will be repudiated.

Delivery Time :After completing CSR by Clients, it will take 24 hours for SSL Corporations to confirm the information of the Clients. All the delivery timeframe for SSL services are subject to the SSL Corporation Policies.
Configuration :MonoVM SSL setup fee for Clients will be $ 20, any questions regarding the configuration of the SSL should be pursued through the Ticket.
Renewal :For extending SSL Services the Client should purchase the service, the Renewal Invoices cannot be effective for SSL Services. From the Registration Date, the service will be activated as an account based on the Annual Cycle of Payment. After the expiration of the service, the new account should be ordered again by Client.
Refunds :With regard to MTC, any request for refunds with reference to the SSL services will be followed according to the SSL Service Providers Terms & Conditions. For getting more information Clients can submit ticket from the MonoVM Client Area.
Upgrade / Downgrade PackagesAny changes or requests for upgrading/downgrading SSL services are not acceptable.

Domain Cancellation :According to the Registrar's Terms & Conditions, $3 is deducted as a Cancellation Fee for all of the domain cancellation requests.
Note: There is no refund for add-ons purchased with the domains e.g. Privacy Protection and so on.
Note: Please consider that the limit ($3) for the cancellation fee will be just up to 5 domains and more than this number (5 domains) is calculated in this format: $5 per domain name.
Note: According to the terms and conditions of the Registrar, ccTLDs (Local Domains) cannot be canceled/removed from the domain panel and any requests for refund are repudiated.
Domain, Business Email, and Enterprise Email MBG Terms:1- MBG period stands for Money Back Guanratee policies authorized by the Registrar. During this period, domains can be canceled by the client's request sent via the ticketing system. The MBG Period for confirmed domain orders is valid only within 3 days grace period with the registration date included therein. This means that any email cancellation request sent out of this window time will be repudiated. (The registration date is included in MBG 3- days grace period) After mentioned window time past, the domain will no longer be canceled!
2- The MBG Period for Business and Enterprise orders is valid only within 3 days grace period with the registration date included therein. This means that any email cancellation request sent out of this window time will be repudiated. (The registration date is included in MBG 3 days grace period) Within this window time, business and enterprise email orders are removed by the client's request submitted through the Ticket from MonoVM Client Area. (The invoice will be fully refunded to the MonoVM Credit Balance during this grace period)
Domain Infringement :Any infringement , Violations , Surreptitious domain names will be suspended According to the Registrar Terms and conditions and Refund requests regarding activation of the domain will be rejected.
Business Emails :MonoVM Clients can submit 2 free emails on their domain names. For having further emails, MonoVM Business emails can be considered as the best option. Considering that by having business emails, the 2 free emails will be deleted. MonoVM Abuse Terms (MAT)One of the most important Categories of the MonoVM Terms and Conditions are Abuse Terms of the Services. Abuse refers to any types of Infringement, Phishing, Pharming, attacking of the Server, BOT, Spamming, Illegal Copyrights (BitTorrent Downloads), Resource Abuse and so on.
Abuse Reports :Abuse Reports are different types of Reports received from Data Centers across the Globe regarding the Services purchased from MonoVM. The full details of the Abuse Terms for each service purchased from MonoVM have been explained according to the following policies. Any decisions made for the Abuse Reports are verified by MonoVM Abuse Audit Team (AAT). MonoVM’s AAT consists of Technical Experts, the Reports are reviewed by these experts and the final decision about suspension or termination of the service will be sent through the tickets and emails.
MonoVM Services Abuse :
VPSAny VPS service has it’s own IP Address, the received Abuse Reports are divided according to the IP Addresses.
After 5 days past the server suspension date, your server will be terminated and all data will be wiped out permanently. (We won't be able to provide backup data of the server)
Phishing / Pharming Reports :This type of report is at high priority for suspension of the service, any request for reactivation of the service is subject to the AAT decision. As soon as the report received, the service will be suspended by AAT and an email for suspension reason will be sent to the Client’s Email address.
Attacking :Any abuse report regarding Server attacking will be reviewed by AAT and the service must be suspended swiftly.
BOTs :These types of Abuse Reports will result in suspension of the service without any procrastination. Any requests about reactivation of service will be rejected.
Spamming and illegal Copyright :This type of Abuse Reports is considered to be reviewed by Technical Experts. In case the issue resolved by Clients, the service can be reactivated by some conditions but this is not possible for all of the Spamming and illegal Copyright Abuse Reports.
Abuse Reports of Dedicated Servers and Cpanel VPSs :Abuse Reports of these services at the first stage will be reviewed by AAT and a Warning Ticket will be sent for Clients. For the second time, if we receive the Abuse Report of Dedicated Servers, in this case, the service will be suspended without any reactivation process to be done. For the Cpanel VPS, the above proceedings will be taken swiftly.
Abuse Report of Web Hosting and Reseller Hostings :Web hosting Abuse Reports are categorized into two groups :
- Dedicated IPs
Domains :Any Phishing Report with regard to the Add-on, or Parked domains and Subdomains consequently results in suspension of the service and requests appertaining reactivation of the service will be rejected.
Dedicated IPs :Any types of Abuse Reports for Web Hosting IPs will result in suspension of the service without reactivation process to be achieved.
Resource Abuse :Overusing of the server resources will incur to the suspension of the services, this type of Abuse report is categorised as Resource Abuse Report. Different types of the Resource Abuse Reports will make our AAT to deactivate service permanently. Any tickets received regarding reactivation of the service will be reviewed by our Technical Experts and any changes for the status of service will be informed by MonoVM AAT through the Ticket.
Affiliate Terms and Conditions :MonoVM Affiliate Program concerns Commission Rates which is applied through the Affiliate Links from Client Area. Any Referrals must be followed through the Affiliate Link for purchasing preferred products. Links will be considered as reference for applying Commission rates. According to MTC , the minimum Sales rate for all of the Referrals is $50 (This will be confirmed just by MonoVM Affiliate Links). By considering this matter , any requests regarding Sales rates less than mentioned amount should be followed through the ticket. Applying commission rates must be followed by submitting tickets. All the tickets regarding Affiliate Programs will be verified through Billing Department and updated in due course.
Note: Requests for withdrawal of commission rates just will be redeemed into the PayPal, BTC and Perfect Money accounts.
