If you are using a Windows computer and your family members are also using it, then it's better to have multiple accounts for each user. This way all the family members will have their own account with their own data.
Another reason why you should create a new user is to not use a local user account for daily activities rather than using the administrator account. Why? This is a security measure as to keep your system safe. When you are using an administrator account you can do any changes on your system. However with a local user account you cant make system changes without the administrative permissions.

How to create new user in Windows
Method 1
Search for "settings" on the search bar and click on Settings
- Click on Accounts
- On the left hand side menu, click on Other users
- Click Add someone else to this PC
Follow the simple steps that will be shown and create the new user.
Method 2
- Press Windows key + R to open Run. (Check this article which has all the Windows shortcuts)
- Type lusrmgr.msc and click OK
- Right click on Users
- Click on New User...
- Enter the name of the user under User name
- Enter the Password
- Click on Create
Congratulations! You successfully created a new user.
How to change user password in Windows
- Press Windows key + R to open Run. (Check this article which has all the Windows shortcuts)
- Type lusrmgr.msc and click OK
- Double click on Users
- Right click on the account that you want to change the password in
- Click on Set Password...
- Click on Proceed
- Create the New password
- Click on OK
Congratulations, the password has been changed.
How to delete user in Windows

- Type lusrmgr.msc and click OK
- Double click on Users
- Right click on the account that you want to change delete
- Click on Delete
