In this article, we are going to change the port used in Remote Desktop access. By default, the Remote Desktop Connection Client supports port 3389. When you connect to a remote computer (either a Windows client or Windows Server) through the Remote Desktop connection, the Remote Desktop feature on your computer "hears" the connection through a listening port (3389 by default).
